Terms of Service

By using NozomEG Ads (https://promo.nozomeg.com) you agree to these terms. The platform lets businesses connect their TikTok, Facebook and Instagram accounts to create, review and manage advertising campaigns.

Service

NozomEG Ads is a campaign management tool. Clients connect their social accounts, select their own published videos or posts as ad creatives, build campaigns, and track performance, reports and spend.

Accounts & Permissions

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Connecting a TikTok or Meta account grants access only to the data required to operate the service.
• You may disconnect at any time from your account settings or from TikTok / Meta settings.

Advertising Content

• You own the content you advertise and confirm you have the rights to use it.
• Content must comply with all applicable laws and with TikTok and Meta advertising policies.
• All ads are reviewed by the platform administrator before publishing.

Payments

Account balance is prepaid and consumed when ads are approved and published. Funds are used solely for advertising spend.

Liability

The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee of specific advertising results. We are not liable for outages or changes on third-party platforms (TikTok, Meta).

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or advertising platform policies. You may stop using the service at any time.
